Sassy, short original-design sparkly half-tutu bustle-style net over-skirt. Specially designed to be worn over your other clothing, eg over hot-pants (as shown in the pics), boy-shorts, leggings, leotard, rhumba pants, skirt, etc. This multi-sized version is designed to be worn low/on the hips, and fits approx 34-40 inches hips.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOTPANTS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO WORN UNDERNEATH THIS HALF-TUTU BUSTLE ARE NOT INCLUDED

Made from five graduated layers of fairly stiff black and royal-blue net fabric, with spiky-cut lower edges. The inner four layers are plain black and royal-blue net, and the outer/shortest layer is black net with spangle dots- which are silvery holographic dots that catch the light and make this tutu sparkle.
NB: the net used for this half-tutu bustle isn`t the fine-mesh tulle-type net, but a coarser/stiffer-type dress-net
 
Net "bustle" is sewn into the back of a black satin ribbon waist/hipband, which ties up into a bow at the centre front. (NB: AS THE RIBBON IS BLACK, ITS DIFFICULT TO SHOW THE EXACT DESIGN, SO MY LAST PHOTO SHOWS A WHITE VERSION OF THE SAME OVERSKIRT TO HELP CLARIFY)
 
Bustle width across back of ribbon band is approx. 19 inches.
 
Length of bustle approx.16 inches (to end points of longest layer). 
 
Photo shows bustle worn around a 35 inch hip(UK size 10), but there`s enough ribbon for this to fit from about UK sizes 8 to 14 (from about 34inches to a maximum 40inches). 
 
Made in a non-smoking pet-free environment.
